FIELD: gas processing industry. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, mass. % : association of methantanks bacteria which includes sulfate-reducing bacteria - 0.1-0.5; 0.5-5.0 water solution of methanol in a microbiologically final effluents (with methanol percentage of 0.5-5.0% ) - 99.5-99.9. The composition is prepared by introducing gypsum in the amounts of 50-200 g/m3 and methantanks bacteria into 0.5-5% solution of methanol in microbiologically purified final effluents or in methanol effluents. The mixture obtained is maintained for one day. Bacteria are microbiologically interact with the carbonaceous rock of the productive stratum. Whereby hydrocarbon raw materials are purged to output wells. EFFECT: a composition providing for high rock solubility and hydrocarbon purging ability. 2 cl, 5 tbl
