FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: aircraft auxiliary power plant has hydraulic transformer 1, working cavity 2 of which has canal 3 for liquid feeding and canal 4 for liquid outgoing, generator 5 with a cooling system. Canal 3 for liquid feeding to working cavity 2 of hydraulic transformer 1 is connected to pump 6 of a fuel feeding system of engine 7. Hydraulic transformer 1 rotation is exercised with the help of engine 7 box of drives 20 and the transformer ensures generator 5 constant rate of rotation. Fuel from delivery branch pipe 15 of pump 6 of fuel feeding system is going through feeding canals 3 into working cavity 2 of the hydraulic transformer and through canal 15 - into hollow rotor 10 of generator 5 through nozzles 14 and then is sprayed on windings of the rotor and the stator. In process of engagement with the windings fuel i partially evaporated and form a mixture with low special weight, that has in its composition vapor of fuel and liquid. In initial instant of time before engine 7 is started cavities of generator 5 is filled with fuel. Then during engine starting and hydraulic transformer 5 rotation accelerating fuel from cavity 12 of generator 5 begins to be pumped out by ejector 8 and pump-separator 9.
