FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: 64.2 g of newly prepared silver powder is crushed in planetary mill in presence of 1.5% alcohol solution of oleic acid for 1 h. Crushed silver with fragmentation size of 0.5 to 5 mcm is mixed up with 9.6 g of phenol-formaldehyde resin modified by colophony in proportion 3:1, 0.71 g of dust-air mixture, 3.8 g of epoxy resin, 20.0 g of n-benzyl alcohol; mixture is applied to substrate using standard procedure. After drying conducting coat of as low resistivity as 0,58·10-5Ohm·cm is obtained. EFFECT: reduced resistively of conducting film. 1 tbl
