FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: reactor 1 for electrical erosion-based dispersion is charged with metal pellets by feeder 5. Pump 3 serves to supply solution from collector 4. Working medium from nitric acid ammonium collector 11 is fed by pump 10 to electrochemical dissolution reactor 9 which is provided with aluminium electrodes. Pulse tension from source 2 is sent to electrodes 13 and 14 of reactors 1 and 9. Suspension of aluminium hydroxide starts forming in the reactors. Containers 7 serve to separate suspension.
