FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: feedstock is loaded into reactors 3 of electro-erosion dispersion with dosing tanks 3. The working liquid is supplied to the reactors out of collecting tanks 7. Depending on the kind of obtained products gaseous ingredient of their working device 9 is fed to reactors 2 or the working liquid is prepared by means of introducing of the fluid addition from previous dissolvers 8 into collecting tank 7. The erosion process of the feedstock begins after switching on high-voltage impulse generators 1 in reactors 2. The erosion products in the form of suspension are taken out of reactors 2 by the current of the working liquid and get into reactors 5 having mixing devices and a steam jacket through hydraulic cyclones 4. The interaction of the dispersed powder with the working fluid and the shaping of the active phase of the catalyzer take place in reactors 5. The erosion products are extracted on filter 6. Then they arrive in mixing tank 10, former 11, drying chamber 12 and calcining furnace 13.
