FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method of carbamide synthesis involves spraying its melt at granulation zone at the contact with cooling air flow, melt drops hardening and air scrubbing from the granulation zone by its contact in jet apparatus containing absorptive aqueous solution of carbamide injecting the air. Before jet apparatus the gaseous carbon dioxide is added in absorptive solution under pressure that equals with flow pressure of this solution. For ammonia content in air decrease from the granulation zone some part of absorptive solution after carbon dioxide addition is subjected for contact in the second jet apparatus containing the gaseous phase of carbamide melt. Method ensures to decrease ammonia passage from 50 to 10-20%. EFFECT: enhanced air scrubbing from ammonia. 2 cl, 5 dwg
