FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: process of matching of antennas of aircraft is realized by device including frame antenna 1 mounted on fuselage 2 of aircraft, unit 3 to bled in gas and low-frequency generator 4. Gas, for instance, air is bled into vicinity of antenna 1 with the aid of unit 3 and is ionized by electric field of antenna 1 excited by generator 4. As a result of diffusion spreading of ionized gas along geomagnetic field and translation of ionization source there is created inhomogeneous resonance plasma waveguide. It transforms radiated wave into wave in undisturbed ionosphere of the Earth which provides for increased efficiency of radiation of antenna 1 in ionosphere of the Earth at any altitudes above 150 km. Gas ionization is carried out by low-frequency field of antenna 1 which is oriented perpendicular to magnetic field of the Earth. Manufacture of antenna 1 in the form of toroidal coil with predetermined parameters makes it possible to increase additionally radiation efficiency. EFFECT: increased efficiency when operated in low-frequency range in ionosphere of the Earth. 4 cl, 1 dwg
