FIELD: nonferrous metal metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: master alloy melt is cooled at rate 0.7-1.6 x 0,7-1,6•10-3 degree/min to 430-480 C and the following plastic deformation is carried out at total stretching 23-51. Cooling at assigned rate prevents formation and elimination of rough primary titanium aluminides and plastic deformation provides intermetallic compounds grinding. EFFECT: enhanced modifying capability of master alloy, decreased consumption. 1 tbl
