FIELD: thermal cyclic testing technology. SUBSTANCE: device provides separate operating control of heating-cooling rate setting on for turbine assembly rotor testing. Device has setters 5, 1, 6, 12, 8, 13 and 15 respectively for starting voltage, cooling start time, maximal and minimal temperature, heating and cooling rates, time of one cycle duration. Control signals are formed as output voltage time-depending variations corresponding to parameters mentioned above. EFFECT: device permits to perform such testing program when heating-cooling periods have independent rate control. 2 dwg
