FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: process involves the contact of raw with adsorbent, separation of refined raw and regeneration of coked adsorbent. Refinement is carried out by two stages: at the first stage the raw with adsorbent is contacted at 375-425 C for 0.2-5.0 s; then reaction products and depleted adsorbent were fed to the second stage where heated regenerated adsorbent is fed additionally, and raw and adsorbent were contacted at 475-555 C for 90.2-1.0 s. Refinement process is carried out in the presence of steam, hydrocarbon gases and light-boiling petroleum products at partial vapor pressure of raw. EFFECT: increased demetallization degree, improved removal of coke-forming substances, sulfurous and nitrogenous compounds. 5 tbl
