FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: ligature has vanadium, nitrogen, manganese, silicon, chrome, aluminum, carbon and iron with following ratio of components, mass vanadium 4 60; nitrogen 9 12; manganese 1 - 6; silicon 1 14; chrome 1 10; aluminum 0.3 5.0; carbon 0.2 - 1.0; iron the rest. In the case, used to produce alloy charge, that has base vanadium-containing alloy, additionally has primary aluminum with following ratio of components, mass primary aluminum of 0.05 0.8 mm fractions 0.5 6; silicothermal ferrovanadium of 0.01 0.05 mm fractions 1 20; silicothermal ferrovanadium of 0.15 0.50 mm fractions 1 20; silicothermal ferrovanadium of 0.05 0.15 mm fractions the rest. Change of ratio in ligature of vanadium, nitrogen, manganese and silicon leads to significant increase of quality ( density and uniformity of nitrogen distribution), by 15 increases degree of assimilation by steel of alloying components and decreases its cost. EFFECT: ligature and charge for its production are used in ferrous metallurgy. 2 tbl
