FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: plants after 10- days-long growing up at continuous lighting and 16 C are affected by the temperature of 10 C for 2 days; moreover during the first day - at continuous lighting and at the second day - at 8-hour-long lighting and 16-hour-long darkness. In homogeneity before and after darkening indolyl-acetic acid oxydase activity is determined; forms revealing no true differences in enzymatic activities are selected and referred to photoperiodically neutral ones.
