SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for cultivating plants of different taxonomic groups in vitro, which is achieved through the use of a chlorella suspension as the basis of a nutrient medium, which is obtained initially on a hormone-free nutrient medium containing 1/4 of the norm of macrosalts according to the Murashiga and Skoog recipe, after 5 days of cultivation 20 g/l of sucrose, 8 g/l of agar, cytokinin 6-benzylaminopurine at a concentration of 1 mg/l and auxin indolyl-3-acetic acid 0.5 mg/l are added to the suspension and used for cloning plants at the micropropagation stage.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase seed germination and biometric parameters of seedlings.
