FIELD: pulse technique. SUBSTANCE: generator has power supply 1, energy storage device in the form of two LC circuits of ladder-type artificial shaping line wherein inductive components are divided into two equal arms 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1, 3.2 connected, respectively, to positive and negative leads of capacitors 4.1 and 4.2, as well as controlled switch 5 and load 6, additional controlled switch 7, inductive component 8, additional switch 9. Provision for control of speed of energy transmission into nonlinear load enables optimization of energy release process in it. Laser radiation power is increased by raising rate of pulse rise. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and optimization of energy transmission into nonlinear load due to control of output pulse waveform. 1 dwg
