SUBSTANCE: activation of catalyst is carried out by treatment with oxygen or oxygen-containing gas at 70 C and additional treatment with oxygen or oxygen-containing gas at 130-160 C under partial pressure of oxygen 0.2-10 ata for 1-15 min.
