FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: organocyclosilazane and diphenyl silanediol are simultaneously fed into reactor, 2-10 mass excess of diphenyl silanediol being used. Then toluene is added. Condensation is carried out at 60-70 C, in thus prepared half-finished product ratio NH/OH groups being (0.8-1.2): 1. The process is followed by distillation of toluene, residue is allowed to stand at 150-160 C to constant molecular weight. Then mentioned above half-finished product is added, its quantity being 0.2-15 % of mass of origin reaction mixture. Thus prepared reaction mass is allowed to stand at 150-160 C to desired constant molecular mass. Desired oligomers have predetermined molecular weight.
