FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: organic oligovinylsiloxanes show decreased content of K+ ions up to 0.004 wt.-% and ions 1·10-5 wt.-% and increased cementing capability (by 40-50%). Method involves hydrolysis of organic chlorosilanes in organic solvent, silanol is isolated and subjected for thermic treatment at 60-80 C, neutralized followed by catalytic rearrangement in the presence of basic catalyst in the medium of trimethylsiloxysiloxane containing structural links (CH3)SiO0,5- and SiO2 and taken at concentration 1-5% of silanol mass. Prepared product is used as a base for compounds for electrotechnical assignment, heat resistance class is H. EFFECT: increased homogeneity of product. 2 tbl
