FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: vibration of tubes is reduced owing to provision of circular corrugated shield 4 installed in clearance between chamber housing 1 and tube bank 3. Shield has round holes made in wall 5 of corrugations mainly in zone of their tops pointed to housing 1. Holes in adjacent walls 5 can be displaced relative to each other in height of chamber and can be made of diameters changing in height of chamber. Perforation over perimeter of shield 4 can be made non-uniform. With heat exchanger operating, working medium is delivered to chamber through connection 2 and, passing through holes in shield 4, is uniformly distributed over periphery of tube bank 3. Direct getting of streams onto tubes is precluded owing to location of holes on wall 5 of corrugations. Velocity of streams is reduced owing to diffusion effect which decreases vibration of tubes and thus increases reliability of heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 3 dwg
