FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: part of Nd in the composition of ceramic material for high-frequency capacitors is changed for La, and material composition corresponds the formula: Ba1-ySry(Nd0,8-xLaxBi0,2)2Ti4O12 where x = 0.1-0.3; y = 0.1-0.15. Material prepared by coprecipitation of components from the salt solutions following by thermal treatment shows the following properties: ε at frequency 1 MHz at 20 C is 100-108; TK e at frequency 0.3 MHz at temperature range 30-70 C is (38-75) x 30-70°C(38-75)·10-6deg.-1; tgδ at 20 C is >1·10-4; tgδ at 150 C is (2-3) x (2-3)·10-4; ρv at 150 C is (3-9) x (3-9)·1012Ohm·cm Ohm x cm; caking temperature is 1240-1360 C. EFFECT: decreased price of material, retained electrophysical parameters. 3 tbl
