FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a measuring unit and repeater each of which comprises a reference generator, decision unit, frequency synthesizer, power amplifier, antenna, antenna switch, mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier, limiting amplifier, phase detector and switching shaper. The repeater furthermore has a phase shifter. At reception of signals in the repeater phase shifts relative to the reference signal are measured and at transmission the phase shifter of the repeater introduces the measured shifts into signals. Thus the repeater emits signals in the same phases as received signals had. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy due to cross noise excluded. 5 dwg
