SUBSTANCE: driver has gas-filled closed flexible envelope 1 connected by rods 2 with two side chains 3 wrapped around sprockets 4 mounted on axles 5 of carriers 6. Planet pinions installed on sprocket drive shaft engage with shafts-gear 9 which are constantly connected with rotary motion drives and in turn, with carriers 6. With vehicle moving along soft ground, carriers 6 are not engaged with shafts-gears 9, and being rotated by sprockets 4, provide wave displacement of envelope 1. When moving over hard ground or in case of failure of rotary motion drive, carriers 6 get interlocked with shafts-gears 9, and envelope 1 can rotate as conventional wheel.
