FIELD: chemical technology, organosilicon compounds. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out in the medium of toluene at increased temperature, 3-75 molar excess of magnesium under condition of its countercurrent feeding to organohalogenoid. Magnesium is used in the form of grains with acute-angled facets, filled density is 0,45 - 0,65 g/cm3 at the ratio of fractions less than 0.5 mm: 0.5-1.0: more than 1.00 mm = (0.1-0.9):(8.2-9.0):(0.1-0.9). Synthesized products are used for synthesis of organosilicon liquids and resins of different types. EFFECT: increased conversion of magnesium and organohalogenoid, decreased viscosity of the end product.
