FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making a trial sintering of three representative selected groups of articles of a batch in different floors of a furnace car at different temperature values, caused by gradient of temperature in the furnace; after sintering determining arithmetic mean values of a quality factor Y for batches of articles and calculating temperature for sintering the whole batch according to a given formula. Examples for determining sintering temperature values are given for articles of ferrites of 25БА170 and 6СЧ1 types, providing for ferrite rings of the first type ferrite a value of the quality factor of the batch Br=0,388 T and for cores of the second type ferrite a value of the quality factor Y= 65 degrees. EFFECT: lowered time period of sintering process, decreased power and labor consumptions at maintaining maximum yielding of suitable products in accordance with the parameter Y of the batch of articles. 1 cl
