SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting three plates from batch of plates; conducting test etching of selected plates for three various periods of time, respectively; measuring working path width of selected plates upon termination of test etching; evaluating average arithmetic values of working path width of each plate among selected plates and calculating etching time for plates of this batch. EFFECT: increased yield of high-quality monocrystalline ferrite plates.
