FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed solid electrolyte has germanium dioxide, gallium oxide and lithium oxide at the following ratio of components, mole GeO2 33-35; Ga2O3 2,5-3,5; Li2O 62,5-63,5. Specific electric resistance of such solid electrolytes at the working temperature is low (about 1 Ohm x cm at 600 C and 4.5-5.0 Ohm x cm at 400 C) but is high at 25 C (106-107 Ohm·сm and above). EFFECT: decreased self-discharge due to increased specific electric resistance. 1 tbl
