FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in high-temperature electrochemical devices as electrolytic elements for production of hydrogen, detectors of oxygen concentration in gases. Method for manufacturing of dense ceramics for solid electrolyte, including mixing of zirconium dioxide with stabilising ittrium and scandium oxides, baking, grinding, moulding and sintering, differing by the fact that mixing is carried out by means of separate deposition of zirconium and ittrium, zirconium and scandium oxides from salt solutions with drying of deposited hydroxides in sprinkling dryer at the temperature of 100-200°C, mixture baking is carried out at the temperature of 1100-1200°C, and sintering - at the temperature of 1350-1500°C.
EFFECT: increased density and strength of products.
