FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of triazole, in part, 1,1'-diglycidyl-3,3'-diethyl- -bis(1,2,4-triazole-5-one-4-yl)-methane and 3,3'-diethylbis- -(1,2,4-triazole-5-one-4-yl)-methane as semiproduct. a) Synthesis of semiproduct is carried out from urea and hydrazine hydrate followed by acylation with propionic anhydride and cyclization of the synthesized semicarbazone in an aqueous alkali to 3-ethyltrazole-5-one that is treated with paraform in acid medium. b) Synthesized semiproduct is alkylated with epichlorohydrin. Yield, %; m. p., C; empirical formula: a) 28, 2970298, C9H12N6O2; b) 43, 119-121, C15H20N6O4. Toxicity of new substance is less for about 10 times as compared with 1,2,4-triglycidylurazole and it can be used at doses below 100 mg/kg in order to inhibit the growth of Jensen sarcoma, Walker carcinosarcoma and Sarcoma M-1 by 94; 92 and 72% as compared with 59; 60 and 20%, respectively.
