FIELD: alloying masters of alloy production. SUBSTANCE: alloying master has, % by weight: Nd 335-85; Pr 1-25; Ca 0,3-1,5, and Fe - the rest. Alloy consisting of 37% rare-earth metals, 1,3% B-Fe is made from charge, which contains proposed alloying master, Armco iron and ferroboron. Impurities of fluorine and oxygen in alloy are decreased significantly, extraction degree of rare-earth metals is increased up to 94-95% . Magnetic properties of permanent magnets that are caked from alloy powders are the following: Br 1,15-1,18 T; (BH)max = 200-221 kJ/m3; bHc = 431-465 kA/m, and JHc = 434-483 kA/m.
