FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed process of manufacture of magnetic alloys based on rare-earth and transition metals includes preparation of powder burden from fluorides of rare-earth and transition metals, alloying additions and reducing agent, injection of termite mixture, outside of furnace reduction under mode of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, separation of produced alloy from slag. For preparation of burden there used powders of fluorides of rare-earth metals with size of particles less than 0.08 mm. The rest of power with size of particles exceeding 0.08 mm is ground and fraction less than 0.08 mm is separated for subsequent preparation of burden. EFFECT: facilitated manufactured. 2 cl
