Abstract SU 1688732 A1

FIELD: electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: film of refractory metal with thickness equal to value of roughness of workstock is applied on workstock of accelerating electrode before assembly of electron-optical system incorporating cathode heating unit, modulator, accelerating and focusing electrodes and anode. Then assembly of CRT is performed with installation of antidynatron electrode behind accelerating one. After thermal and vacuum treatment burning-through of accelerating electrode is conducted which is terminated when ratio of cathode emission current to anode current reaches chosen value, then additional pre-burning of cathode is carried out. Burning-through operation is conducted with chosen ratios of values of voltages at electrodes and of burning-through voltage. EFFECT: increased output of good articles and enhanced resolving power of cathode-ray tube thanks to achievement of minimal value of cross-over.
