FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: ore and lime flux were fed in countercurrent of high-temperature exhausting gases. Flux is fed in gases flow at temperature 800-900 C. Melting is carried out at coal and blowing feeding at oxygen consumption in blowing 180-200 m3/t charge. Prepared melt is ejected with reduction or inert gas with a mixture with sulfur-containing material at mass ratio of sulfur and ejected melt 1:(600-700). EFFECT: increased extraction of nickel and cobalt, decreased content of sulfur dioxide in exhausting gases.
