FIELD: production of nickel alloys for direct alloying of steel. SUBSTANCE: method includes production of sinter with ratio of (CaO+MgO)/SiO2 = 1.0-2.5, and solid fuel consumption for sintering of 3-15%; subsequent grinding of ready sinter to size less than 0.01 mm and magnetic separation of ground product at magnetic intensity of 1000±200 Oe. EFFECT: higher content of nickel in produced concentrate and high degree of grinding of nickel, reduced power consumption. 1 tbl, 1 ex
