FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has regulation unit 1, which is located in active-zone control channel 2 and is connected to servo drive 4 by means of pull 3. Servo drive 4 is located on head 5 of channel 2. Control channel 2 is connected to hydraulic and gas pipes for cooling water and ventilating gas and provides isolation of these pipes. This is achieved by sleeve 6, which has radial holes 7 for passing water and cylindrical insertion 8 with axial through hole 9 for passing gas and pull 3. Radial holes 7 in sleeve 6 are provided for restriction of flow. Insertion 8 provides ring space 10 for running water with respect to control channel 2. Upper end of hole 9 is connected to gas pipe through gas chamber 11 of drum 12 of servo drive 4. Lower end of hole 9 is connected to chamber over end of regulation unit 1. Servo drive 4 of control channel 2 has gas inlet , which is connected to its gas chamber 11. Insertion 8 may have two parts - ring sleeve and coaxial cylinder which is supported by ring sleeve and has vertical slit for passing gas and pull 3 of drive 4. Side of slit may be covered by lath.
