SUBSTANCE: final element has dry case accommodating vertically installed peripheral neutron absorber sleeves, central sleeve holding axially displaced hanger coupled with servodrive flexible link, and brackets passed through vertical slits between peripheral sleeves and central sleeve which function to join hanger with absorbers; novelty is that members coupling mentioned brackets with absorbers are made in the form of pushing pistons placed in peripheral sleeves under absorbers and that brackets are arranged for breaking joint with pushing pistons in case axial displacement forces rise above specified values.
