FIELD: mining of mineral resources from ocean floor. SUBSTANCE: device has pipe string and main and additional flexible tie-rods. Secured to sections of pipe string are connection straps with holes. Flexible tie-rods are passed through holes. Lower ends of flexible tie-rods are connected through block to lower section of pipe string.
