Sleeves 11 and 12 are subsequently fastened to pipeline 2 with rests. Flexible pull rods are fastened to adjacent sleeves 11 and 12, and placed symmetrically about lengthwise axis of pipeline 2 to form flexible links 10. With lost part of pipeline 2, load is received by appropriate flexible link 10. EFFECT: high reliability. 2 cl, 4 dwg
