SUBSTANCE: device has centrifugal mill 1, separator 2, cyclone 6 with finished product receiver and air duct 7 connecting the cyclone 6 with central portion of centrifugal mill 1 built in upper part of separator 2 and brought in communication with unloading hole of mill 1 by means of pipe line 8; besides that, device has additional cyclone 9 provided with nozzle 10 secured coaxially in its lower portion; mounted in its upper portion is branch pipe 11 forming circular clearance 12 at the lever of lower end of nozzle 10; branch pipe 11 is brought in communication with branch pipe 15 of cyclone 6 by means of pipe line 18.
