FIELD: rubber-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: the activator dispersant comprises (wt): 55-97 a product of hydrolysis and distillation of soapstocks of cotton-seed oil which represents a mixture of oleic and palmitic acids in a (50-7-): (30-50) weight ratio and which has an acid number of 170-200 mg KOH per 1 g of the product; 1- 15 monoethanolamine or diethanolamine or triethanolamine salts of said acids; and 2-30 synthetic fatty C₂₁-C₂₅ acids. The use of a new activator dispersant increases the degree of dispersion of the ingredients of a rubber stock, increases the cure rate and improves dynamic durability of resins.
