FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally yttrium, magnesium and/or calcium at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.01-0.05; chrome 14.5-17; nickel 14.5-16.5; molybdenum 2-3.3; manganese 0.2-1.2; titanium 0.8-1.3; silicon 0.3-0.6; nitrogen 0.005-0.015; boron 0.0001-0.005; magnesium and/or calcium 0.0005-0.005; yttrium 0.0005-0.005, and iron - the rest. Ratio titanium-(carbon + nitrogen) x 4 is above 0.7. Steel shows decreased radiation swelling, increased ductility, corrosion resistance in the presence of corrosive media at irradiation with quick neutrons under condition of nuclear reactor exploitation. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel. 2 tbl
