FIELD: fire prevention. SUBSTANCE: mounted on the outside of seaplane bottom in front of inlet port in the longitudinal plane are trapezoidal boards, clamps corresponding to the form of boards being mounted on inner side of port. Boards and clamps are provided with stops. Boards turn flow before port perpendicularly to it, thus ensuring optimal entrapment of water. EFFECT: improved service characteristics, enhanced intensity of entrapment of water at preset speed of seaplane and avoidance of collision of water intake with floating objects. 4 dwg
