FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: inner body is reinforced by winding of groups of single threads by alternately putting one thread on the others to form reticular structure of sheet. Successive application of threads to casing surface and overlapping the rest of threads within the limits of each turn by preceding thread provides fixing of threads on tyre surface preserving strict geometry of thread carcass which ensures uniform distribution of loads on threads, increases strength and reliability of casing. Reticular structure in form of rhombic zones at very small values of angles between thread and meridian makes it possible to increase strength of single-layer rubber-cord structure owing to its anisotropy, as in this case radial carcass takes up also part of circumferential efforts thus unloading the breaker.
