FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: casting mold, filled with compacted and heated filler, is subjected to vacuum pumping out and then liquid metal is fed in it under pressure, that is defined according to formula 2-3·10-7 σl.mcosθb.ar, MPa with σl.m - surface stress of liquid metal, mN/m; θb.a - balancing angle of filler surface wetting by liquid metal, deg.; r - minimum radius of pores in filler, m. Method allows to produce castings with porous difference of less than 2 % from alloys, based on copper, silver, aluminum, zinc, lead and cadmium.
