SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in extracting cranberry refuse resulting from process of manufacture of juice and extracts with use of isopropyl alcohol, evaporating latter, washing of resultant concentrate using petroleum ether, dissolving it in 5-percent alcohol solution of alkali, acidifying thus prepared solution with hydrochloric acid and then drying it. EFFECT: yield of desired product increased to 7.3 7.8 against 6.1 6.32 ensured by prior art method and greater simplicity of disclosed method permitting obviation of necessity in using certain toxic organic solvents.
