FIELD: pneumatic barrel units. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon creating excess pressure of working agent and acceleration of tool along tubular guide. Flexible tubular guide is moved under effect of excess pressure and turned out to outside. There are torus-shaped tools inside the guide. Device pressure-tight chamber 1. Device is provided with driven drum 3 disposed inside chamber 1. Tubular guide 5 is made in form of elastic sleeve. One end of the sleeve is wound onto drum 3, the other end is turned out and fastened inside chamber 1. Torus-shaped elastic tools 6 are disposed inside the cavity formed by turned part of sleeve 5.
