FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing burden components by feeding coal dust, lime and heat power plant fly ash into the flow liquid sludges; mixing separated moistened burden mass and simultaneously introducing additional amounts of fly ash into separation zone, with fly ash being moistened to 4-6% and making 40-50% by weight of separated burden. Burden components are introduced into the flow of liquid sludges in amounts of, fly ash 40-50% by weight, lime 15-20% by weight, coal dust up to 7% by weight. Mixing of components is effectuated periodically. Direction and length of discharge pipe are changed from time to time. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process, reduced labour consumption, improved ecology conditions and recycling of industrial wastes. 3 cl
