The clamp, balls, and the fish-shaped member are mounted on the stem for free movement and rotation. The weight, coupling, and the hook are fixed so that they cannot move. The fish-shaped member and the clamp rotate in mutually opposite directions. The joint and concurrent reciprocal movement and rotation makes the bait more attractive.
