FIELD: amateur and sports angling. SUBSTANCE: rotating spoon-bait comprises a bar carrying a successively-installed shackle with a tongue and a rotatable support ball, a two-piece sinker with a stabilizer in the form of a plate secured in the plane passing through its longitudinal axis, and a hook. One part of the sinker and the stabilizer secured thereto are made of a material with a specific density lower than that of water while the other part, of a material whose specific density exceeds that of water. In the course of fishing the spoon-bait does not twist nor kink at low and high speeds of its reeling-in. EFFECT: wider range of working speeds, improved handling convenience and raised reliability. 17 dwg
