FIELD: working of metals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of metals by pressure and can be used in engine building in manufacture of allowance-free blades made of two-phase titanium alloys. A workpiece is shaped in the form of a rod by extrusion in two passes. The extrusion coefficient at the first pass is no greater than 4. The degree of deformation along the central part of the profile from the tail end to the boss at the second pass is 30 to 40%. The same degree of deformation is therein provided along the central part of the blade foil. Stamping at the first pass is executed with a degree of deformation of 40 to 50% along the profile of the blade foil, providing a proportional allowance on the profile sections. At the second pass, stamping is executed with a degree of deformation of 25 to 35% on all sections of the central part and on the edges of the blade foil.

EFFECT: required structural uniformity of the allowance-free blades is achieved as a result.
