FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: controller has case 1 provided with inlet pipe union 2 and outlet unions 3, control element whose plunger 10 is joined with shaft 7 coupled via torsion spring 11 with control element position detector 13 and via levers 8 and pushrods 5, with temperature-controlled drive 4. Shaft 7 carries auxiliary spring 15 one of whose ends is fixed on shaft and other end is secured within case. Assembly process involves installation of shaft 7 with levers 8 in case 1, mounting of spring 15 between tham, fixing of one of spring ends on shaft, installation of torsion spring 11 whose first end is secured to shaft 7, setting of control element to intermediate position, fixation of torsional spring second end within case, winding of auxiliary spring to set control element to extreme position, and fixation of second end of spring 15 within case, followed by installation of temperature-controlled drive with pushrod into case.
