FIELD: transportation and draining of liquids. SUBSTANCE: device has delivery pipeline 1 and nozzles fitted on pipeline. Part of nozzles 2 pointed with their outlet holes towards drain hole are made as diffusers and other nozzles 3,4 are of converging tube shape. Shutoff valve 5 and its moving rod 6 are mounted on delivery pipeline 1. Converging tube nozzles 3 arranged along longitudinal axis of tank are installed at angle of 15-20 degrees relative to horizontal plane, and converging tube nozzles 4 located along cross axis of tank are installed at angle of 30-40 degrees to horizontal plane. Mounted on delivery pipeline 1 are union nut 7 with shoulder and thrust steel ball 8 for engagement with rod 6. Steam is fed into delivery pipeline 1 through union 9.
